Th cap has a white wool body with a blue cap band and blue piping. The front of the cap displays officer cockades in the national and Prussian colors. The white body shows some soiling and spots but it is without tears or holes. The surface of the visor shows some light crazing. The interior of the crown is fully lined in a beige oil cloth which bears the silver imprint of the retailer. The wide leather sweatband is complete and intact. Overall the cap is in very good to excellent condition.
