The exterior of the helmet displays an unusual camouflage pattern in white, light gray, and dark gray, with the blocks of colors separated by wide black lines. Maybe executed by a US veteran? The interior shows the field gray combat paint. There is no discernible maker code on the interior side of the helmet. The interior retains two of the helmet liner pads, one of which has lost the top segments for the drawstring.
