Product Description PCB Assembly and Soldering frame Assembly and Soldering Frames are tools for manual placing of components and soldering of printed circuit boards. They consist of an aluminium profile frame with sliding central webs. Holding springs made of stainless steel are used to fix the printed circuit boards, which can also be changed in their position. This ensures that the different board formats are held securely. Work process After the mounting operation, the components are fixed by a cover with a foam pad and then held securely during the soldering process. Now the complete assembly frame can be turned onto the cover and then soldered by hand.
