The printed cotton sash is double sided and it is approximately 23 inches long. The sash reads “Great Japan Defense Women’s Association Tajimi Town Tajimi Branch Association” (Tajimi Town is now Tajimi Citi, in Gifu). The sash shows soiling from wear and use but overall it is in very good condition.
